Where would you go on a pilgrimage?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 30, 2008:
Makkah in Saudia Arabia every year where 3-5 million go for the pilgrimmage. this is where widespread use of the word comes from. also cities being called the Mecca or Makkah ie New York due to large numbers of people flocking to these places for business, spiritual or whatever.
